How do I read my net meter?
A net meter records the units you take from KSEB (import) and the units you send back (export). Your bill is based on the difference. Display modes differ by meter model, so ask our team to show you how yours works on the day of connection.
My inverter shows an error. What should I do?
Check the error code on the display, the breakers and switches, and whether KSEB supply is on (on-grid inverters switch off in a power cut). If the error stays, do not open the unit. Call us with the error code and we will arrange a visit.
How do I apply for the PM Surya Ghar subsidy?
Register on pmsuryaghar.gov.in with your KSEB consumer number, choose an installer, get the system installed, complete KSEB inspection and net metering, then the subsidy is credited to your bank account. We handle the paperwork for you.
What are the Kerala net metering rules?
Under the KSERC Renewable Energy Regulations 2025 (effective 6 Nov 2025, billing from 1 Jan 2026), domestic net metering is allowed up to 20 kW as notified, and systems up to 10 kW pay no grid support charges. Rules for bigger systems can change, so our team confirms the latest with KSEB.
How do I get the best output from my panels?
Keep panels free of shade and dust, avoid placing tanks or antennas near the array, check the inverter display regularly, and book the 6-monthly maintenance visit.
